Initial consultation – free of charge and without obligation
During the initial consultation, we will discuss your concerns, questions and expectations. You will gain an initial impression of how we work and can assess whether you feel understood and supported on an equal footing. We will also assess whether we are the right people to support you with your issues.
This often provides initial clarity about what motivates you, what is important and what the next step will be in your planned career coaching.
Goal clarification & process design – as individual as your path
If the fit is right, we will work together to design the framework for your career coaching: goals, duration and intensity are tailored entirely to your situation and needs.
Where appropriate, a scientifically based personality assessment such as the Hogan Development Assessment can be used to determine your current position. It provides insight into your motives, strengths and areas for development – and serves as a basis for reflection on your career reorientation.
Typical formats in career coaching

- Selective career coaching for urgent matters: Are you facing a decision, an important meeting or a current challenge? Sometimes one or two focused sessions are enough to gain clarity and the ability to act.
