Executive Coaching – Our offer

Individual – Leadership coaching and management coaching for C-level executives and coaching for middle management executives. Also part of the package are the definition of inter-session tasks or assignments and – if deemed helpful – coaching sessions held on-site

On-site executive coaching sessions, Optional elements are on-site coaching sessions or the application of proven psychological measures e.g. personality questionnaires or 360-degree-feedback instruments.

The overall package will be tailored to your individual needs and requirements: Flexible session structure in terms of duration (between 60 and 180 minutes), frequency, medium (option of individual telephone or online sessions) and time (between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m.).
