I see accompanying people in a company as a shared journey towards a more conscious and fulfilling experience and behavior, catalyzed by external stimuli and internal reflection. By observing people within the system, I understand how to (re)discover existing potential, courageously question the tried and tested, gain trust in the process, and use supportive organizational structures and processes as the optimal ground for sustainable transformation – on a personal, team and organizational level. In my process support, I am guided by current and established scientific practice, experience in a business context, and my intuition.
