FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Here you will find answers to frequently asked questions about career assessment.

These are classic triggers for a career assessment:

  • Personal turning points: Events such as being made redundant, the bankruptcy of your company, a separation or a serious illness require you to rethink your priorities and your career path.
  • Loss of meaning and joy: After years of a successful career, you realize that the meaning of your work is increasingly fading. It is the moment when you ask yourself how you can make the next step meaningful and fulfilling.
  • Midlife: If you are in midlife and considering how to make the best use of your remaining time and energy – for yourself, your family and your professional development.
  • Restructuring: When changes are made to the corporate structure or repositioning takes place, entrepreneurs and managers are faced with the question of how to proceed. This question is not only directed at themselves, but also at the key individuals involved: Who is suited to which position, and with which skills?
  • Assessing employees’ current status: You have your eye on a talented individual whose potential you recognise but which remains untapped.
