Kick-off – free of charge and without obligation
During the initial consultation, we will explore your concerns together and clarify your expectations. You can assess whether you feel understood and supported by us. We will assess whether we can meet your needs. Even at this stage, you will often gain new clarity about what really matters and what needs to be done.
Goal definition and process clarification – tailored to your needs
If the fit is right, we will work together to determine the scope and goals of your executive coaching. If necessary, your areas for development will be systematically explored using an evidence-based tool (e.g. Hogan Development Assessment). The process provides information about your inner drivers and motives as well as your strengths and potential in everyday leadership. It also provides insights for organisational development and consulting.
Together, we determine the pace of your executive coaching: whether sessions take place on an ad hoc and focused basis or over several months – the focus of your executive coaching is on you and your concerns.
Classic formats of Trans-In Executive Coaching
- Acute executive coaching: If a decision needs to be made promptly or crisis intervention is required, 1-3 executive coaching sessions are recommended.
- Intensive executive coaching: If the focus is on developing a key leadership skill, a longer process ensures effectiveness and sustainability. The number of sessions varies between 6 and 12 executive coaching sessions of 60 to 120 minutes each.
Interim evaluations
Ensure that you and your coach are optimally aligned and that the process is effective in everyday life. In the final session of your executive coaching, we will summarize and acknowledge your development together and define everyday rituals for the period after the coaching.

Refresher
Approximately 4-12 months after completing the executive coaching programme, we will reflect on your progress in a refresher session – and provide new impetus.
