We offer leadership assessments for all key positions within the company. Whether you are looking for a new board member, a member of the group management team or an executive, we will work with you to tailor the scope and content of the leadership assessment to the respective level of responsibility.

Assessment Center procedure for executives with Trans-In
Initialisation
- Clarification of the assignment: Together, we define the framework for the Assessment Center for executives. This includes the schedule, the investment, the decision-makers involved and the scope – for example, as a half-day or full-day format.
- Candidate profile: We coordinate the requirements profile with you, taking into account the history of the position, desired and undesired behaviors, and individual focus questions. This is based on interviews with key stakeholders and the analysis of existing documents.
- Company profile: We identify your company’s strategic orientation and reflect its corporate culture – both in its current form and in terms of its desired future prospects. This profile is incorporated directly into the design of your Executive Assessment.
Design
- Method selection: Based on the agreed candidate profile, we design individually tailored exercises for the assessment center for executives – for example, realistic leadership, conflict or negotiation discussions and a suitable case study.
- Selection of measurement instruments: Depending on the management level, we combine proven testing methods: the Hogan Assessment for personality diagnostics and the Adjustable Competence Evaluation Test for assessing cognitive skills – for valid results in a management context.
Implementation
- Setting: We conduct the Executive Assessment promptly – either remotely or at Trans-In’s premises. Two experienced assessors supervise the process. Key stakeholders participate in individual exercises on a selective basis. We take care of all coordination with the candidates for you. Immediately afterwards, you will receive initial concise feedback on the results of the assessment center for executives.
Reporting
- For clients: Within three to five working days, you will receive a structured report with well-founded recommendations. It contains an assessment of the opportunities and risks of hiring, a comparison with the target profile, test results and an evaluation of strengths, weaknesses and development potential – transparent and relevant to your decision-making in the context of your executive assessment.
- For candidates: In a 1- to 2-hour feedback session, we discuss the results of the assessment center for executives in detail. Participants receive initial ideas for development opportunities and specific suggestions for individual measures.
Follow-up
- Onboarding: Even after the assessment center for executives, we continue to support both you as our client and the appointed manager. We are available as a sparring partner during the induction period – to provide strategic and personal support for a successful start.
